Returns

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of the invoice date.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable, folded condition, including any loose pockets or cardboard inserts that came with the garment. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Garments with embroidery or screen printing are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless there is a fault in the decoration.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
